Three Types of Civilizations
There needs to be some form of a world super-state that needs be evolved. This super-state needs to favor all nations of the world in making war. Also, there needs to be rights on taxation and rights on arms control. Physics fit into these obstacles because we need a better understanding of the physics of not just the earth, but of other planets out in the solar system. If we can do this, then more technological advancements could be made such as sending a robot drone to a planet and make a factory, thus creating even more robot clones.
